6am start this morning, first job to get the Purchase Orders for the month raised. The next job is to send a reminder about payment to Tim at Deliver Net. I sent an email to Ken earlier in the week to no avail. I think I need to emphasise some of the jobs that we are doing on behalf of Deliver Net. The problem is we just get on and sort the problems we don't necessarily always let them know what we have done and consequently they are often blissfully unaware of the role we are performing.
Today I have to clear up in the bedroom and kitchen. There are guys coming today to fit new windows in both the Bedroom and the Kitchen. Having tidied up a bit there is further rubbish to throw out, I think once I go to put things away afterwards there will be more stuff to go !!
Otis late this morning problems with the car! Then the laptop starts to play up and so I tell him for the second time, get these base units ordered so that we can get both him and Ian onto decent productivity with good machines, then the laptop can go to the menders !
This morning I have a long conversation with Nigel Myers at Deliver Net going over some of what needs to happen there, we spend about an hour strategising so that he can put forward some recommendations to Tim. After this I get into an email tag conversation with Tim over the way forward which ends up in some useful ideas being bandied around.
Some of the book written today but not so much and this evening I have to take a look at a couple of problems for both Deliver Net and also for Kan, one of the contacts is not appearing on the call back list and I need to investigate why that is.
The Bedroom window is not quite sorted although the kitchen one is in and done. Table Tennis coaching at Barnet tonight! then back to get on with work.
